Michelle Sodon Fitness: I was hired by one of my existing clients, Private Label Fitness, to collaborate on this interesting project which involved a health fitness organization. Michele Sodon has been passionately engaged in the health and fitness industry for many years. She was excited to take a new approach and depart from her old website. And in the process, she also wanted to ramp up her online presence and approach to selling online.
Our main goal was in developing a "modern look and feel," for a contemporary health industry website, that would generate a significant increase in revenue.
My responsibilities included designing several page layouts, graphics enhancements and typography concepts. We also developed custom navigation menus for different sections of the site, and extensive coding of custom CSS to achieve special effects and designs for the main page layouts and also for the e-commerce pages that were housed under the Woo Commerce platform.
Skills: Visual Design, UX (User Interface,) XHTML, CSS, Photoshop, server administration, consult on design, "A-B testing" of page layouts, and "BBL" OTi's official non-trade-marked "bare bones logic."
Her company has a very unique service that they offer, and Michele's revenues have increased exponentially since the site initially launched!
