Project Pricing and Requirements:
Please note that each project undertaken by On Track interactive is unique. Therefore, project pricing may vary based on specific requirements. To accurately determine pricing, a "requirements gathering" phase will be conducted for each project. This phase allows us to understand your needs comprehensively, and provide a tailored pricing estimate.

Payment Terms:
Payment for services rendered by On Track interactive adheres to the following schedule:

50% of the total project cost is due at the commencement of the project.
25% of the total project cost is due at the halfway completion milestone.
The remaining 25% of the total project cost is due upon project completion and client sign-off.

Your website, OR any project, must be paid in full at completion, before that site is launched. Also, any specific final project files will be delivered to a client only after final payment is received by On Track interactive.

Payment Methods:
We accept payment via most major credit cards, and payPal, All payments must be made via US dollars as specified in each invoice.

Late Payments:
Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeframes stated above, may result in a delay in project delivery. A late fee or interest may also be charged on overdue amounts, as outlined in each specific invoice terms.

Project Ownership and Rights:
Upon full and final payment, the client shall own the rights to the project deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. Until final payment is received, all rights to the project deliverables remain with On Track interactive.

Modification of Terms:
On Track interactive reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting those updated changes on this website.
